Shipping: Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website and /or order form.The maximum period of delivery would be within 2-5 weeks, unless specifically agreed with you the customer.Sometimes there are delays out of our control that cause us to ship an order outside of that time period. If this occurs we will do everything we can to notify you of such delay and keep you informed about your order status. We value your business and will do whatever we can to ship our orders when promised.
Return of Goods Policy: All sales are final unless you order a title that is not available or receive a recording that is of substandard quality. Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are defective or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 45 days after receipt of goods. LMG reserves the right to correct the error with the correct item ordered. In the event you order a title that is not available due to technical reasons we will ask to reselect another title or request a refund.
