Depending on format availability, your order can be quickly downloaded from our website as an MP3 or quickly delivered on disk. Whenever available we will also include speaker presentation materials such as PowerPoint, handouts or abstracts. All sessions are digitally recorded and duplicated for the best possible sound and visual quality.

Standard Audio CDs contain individual sessions for playback on car or home CD players, DVD players and PCs.
|MP3 Audio CD-ROM|
MP3 Audio CD-ROMs feature every recorded session in high quality MP3. Depending on the number of sessions there will be 1-4 CDs in a set. These CD-ROMs can be played back on any MP3 compatible player including PC, laptop, DVD player, portable CD/MP3 player, and even some MP3 compatible car CD players. MP3 files can also be easily transferred to portable MP3 players such as an iPod.
|Downloadable MP3 Audio|
MP3 Audio files can be downloaded within seconds of placing your order. These programs feature audio of single sessions only. After downloading you have the choice of playing directly on the PC, uploading to an MP3 player (such as iPod) or converting to audio CD.
|Synchronized Multimedia CD-ROM|
Synchronized Multimedia CD-ROMs feature audio of every session fully synchronized with speaker slides and presentation video. Each CD-ROM is an exact reproduction of how the session transpired in the meeting room. A PC is required for playback.

Non-synchronized Multimedia CD-ROMs feature audio of every session with speaker slides, handouts, abstracts, bios, etc. Listen to audio and advance through visual content at your own pace. A PC is required for playback. MP3 audio files can be burned to CDs for playback on a standard player.
